Return and Refund Policy

Returns and cancellations are accepted under the following conditions.

Conditions of returns:

• Items that have shipped to customers must be shipped back to Electric RVA (Customer pays return shipping)
• The Item is undamaged and unused (Any damages assessed will be deducted from the return at our part cost)
• Cancelled Items will have a 5% restocking fee
• Returned Items will have a 15% restocking fee.
